    • They are Stresses because that’s how they impact us – they can give us Stress depending on how we react.

  • Resilience can help you overcome Stresses by preventing them from impacting you as much or by helping you recover afterwards

Outcome: Where You are After

  • Recovering: Stresses and Bad stuff got you down, and you haven’t gotten up yet. This happens to all of us.
    • Don’t worry – you still have time to Bounce Forward.
  • Bounce Back. You are back in the same spot like nothing happened before the Stress.
  • Bounce Forward. You are in a new spot and have grown! This can be as simple as growing Resilience after a challenge or as extreme as Post Traumatic Growth after Trauma
